Neighborhood Connections

One of Muncie’s most pervasive myths is “there’s nothing to do here.” Nothing could be further from the truth. We are actually very fortunate here to have a number of community organizations that work hard to build and promote a wide variety of public family-friendly events.

As a founding member of Muncie’s Bridge Dinner Committee, and with more than 18 years’ experience planning a variety of successful events, I know how important public gatherings are in connecting neighbors and strengthening a community.

 With my experience, and knowledge, I plan to work with neighborhood associations and those organizations to encourage and plan more events that bring people together in a positive way and help move Muncie forward.
